Every year I like to do something special for the the month of October. Last year is was a month of digging into different mythologies and urban legends that came up in anime and manga and looking at their origins. I had a ton of fun doing that last year, and I hope you all enjoyed it too.
This year I was considering continuing with the mythology posts, but I think I want to do something a little different. For this October, I’ll be taking a look at some witch and fantasy-themed manga and anime, doing some reviews maybe a few other kinds of posts. I’ve been getting into a lot of different series that I can’t necessarily talk about on this blog, so I wanted to take a month away from our usual romance programming to highlight some really great fantasy or magical-realism series.
On the list right now are series like Flying Witch, Generation Witch, The Alchemist Who Survived, Witch Hat Atelier, you get the gist. If you have a series you’d like me to cover, leave a comment below and I might add it to the list. I hope to see you all next month for a spookier Bloom Reviews!

Little witch academia? :^). Yes that is a witch nose. But it is a fun iniative. Most people go for horror during october but even I did not think outside the box. I hope you enjoy those work. Ooh I Kiki! What more witch themed stuff is there? Quick google… Oh izetta the last witch. I haven’t seen that one myself but I just reminded myself. Well good luck ;^{) Oh a mustache!
